This butter conservative pot allows to keep butter cool outside of the refrigerator. You put butter in the lid and you pour water in the container. Butter thus preserves all its qualities and it is not oxidized by the air. It is easier to spread it out over the bread.
The Large (diameter 11cm) contains 200g of butter, a small size (9cm) containing 100g is available.
Each pot is handmade thrown and glazed, shape and color may vary a bit and not completly match the above picture. This stoneware pottery is fired up to 1200°C, so it's very hard and able to be washed in the dishwasher and it can be used in the microwave oven
