_Incorporate a cream cheese into a liter of milk. Let rest during approximately 2 hours. - Incorporate 1 drop of rennet and mix . Cover with a towel and let rest for 24 hours. - The milk became curd (white mass) and serum (yellow liquid) - Drain the curd by filling delicately the cheese strainer with a ladle. Let drain the curd one day or two. Your cheese is now ready, and you can begin its refining.

Each pot is handmade thrown and glazed, shape and color may vary a bit and not completly match the above picture. This stoneware pottery is fired up to 1200°C, so it's very hard and able to be washed in the dishwasher and it can be used in the microwave oven
